NFDC Corporate Plan 2024-28 Consultation

New Forest District Council is consulting on its draft Corporate Plan for 2024-2028.
The Corporate Plan lasts for 4 years and sets the strategic direction of the council. That means it helps us to identify our priorities and actions, and the challenges we need to address.
Our approach has been to co-produce the Corporate Plan with all stakeholders. It is set by the ambitions and commitments of the political administration of the Council for the next four years.
The Plan is informed by residents, through the resident insight survey, and also our Councillors and staff who took part in engagement sessions this summer.
Our vision is to secure a better future by supporting opportunities for the people and communities we serve, protecting our unique and special place, and securing a vibrant and prosperous New Forest.
We recognise we cannot embark on this journey alone. We need to work with many partners across the Forest, and in the wider area to ensure we can collectively deliver the best outcomes across our District for our residents and communities.
