Warm welcome at Hampshire Libraries Libraries across the district are offering a warm welcome for residents. You can learn more about the different ways you can use your local library on the Hampshire Library Service website: https://www.hants.gov.uk/librariesandarchives/library
Warm spaces funding We have funding available for organisations or groups that would like to set up a Warm Space in their building. Groups and charities can apply for a grant of between £200 and £1,000 to help to provide a safe, warm place for people this winter.
