Hale Parish Council are now resuming meetings in the village hall. Parishioners are welcome to attend and are asked to comply with Covid 19 regulations which include

- wearing a face mask throughout the meeting.

- adhering to social distancing rules (keeping 2 metres apart)

-observing the Track and Trace requirements; please scan the QR on entry or fill in the attendance book (the clerk will facilitate this)

- please use the sanitiser provided when entering the hall.

It would be helpful if you could please wait outside prior to the start of the meeting and bear in mind that we are required to have the windows open during the meeting, although the weather is looking much better next week.

If you have any questions or concerns please do get in touch with the clerk at hpcclerk@gmail.com or 01725 511636 07553 728121.

If you plan to attend and can inform the clerk prior to the meeting this will be helpful.

Thank you
